SACRAMENTO STATE TO HOLD MEMORIAL FOR TERRANCE BROOKS ON MONDAY

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Sacramento State will hold a memorial for former strength and conditioning coordinatory Terrance Brooks on Monday, Sept. 12, at the Alumni Center. The event, which is open to the public, will begin at 7 p.m.

Brooks served as the Hornets' strength and conditioning coordinator from February of 2009 until his passing on June 13, 2011. Prior to coming to Sacramento State, Brooks held several collegiate coaching positions, including working at his alma mater Towson University. As a college football player, Brooks was a Div. II All-American.

Brooks' is currently recognized by the Hornet football team who wear a decal with the initials TB on the back of their helmets.
