The Sacramento State Athletics Department is seeking volunteers for the upcoming football and men’s basketball seasons. There are numerous positions available, which include field gate monitors, press box gate attendees and chairback seating ushers. No experience is necessary. It’s a great way to volunteer and still see all the Hornet gridiron action, as well as having a courtside seat to Hornet Hoops.
All football volunteers receive four tickets to each game they work and a pre-game meal. The first home game is Sept. 26 against conference foe Eastern Washington and is slated for a 6pm kickoff.
The men’s basketball season tips-off on November 5 vs. Menlo College at 7pm.
