2010 Season

An honorable mention all-Big Sky selection for the second straight year after going 15-12 in singles play, including a 5-2 mark in Big Sky matches...also posted a pair of straight-set wins in the Big Sky Tournament, including the championship-clinching victory against Northern Arizona...played at four different spots in the Hornets’ singles lineup, posting a 1-1 record at No. 3, 4-4 at No. 4, 10-5 at No. 5 and 0-2 at No. 6...won 11 of his last 15 singles matches of the season, including a nine-match winning streak from March 19-April 9...went 17-10 in dual doubles play with five different partners...played the last half of the season with Kiryl Harbatsiuk where the pair went 13-5, including 11-5 at No. 1...the tandem was ranked as high as 60th in the nation...for his career, he is now 31-20 in singles play and 37-15 in doubles play.

2009 Season
An honorable mention all-Big Sky Conference selection after going 16-8 in singles play, including 7-4 at No. 4 and 9-4 at No. 5...13 of his 16 victories came in straight sets...won all eight of his singles matches against Big Sky competition...one of four underclassmen in the Hornets’ singles lineup (Smith, Harbatsiuk and Klimenka)...combined with Holden Ching to go 20-5 in doubles play, including 19-5 at No. 2 and 1-0 at No. 1...that included a seven-match winning streak to close the season, and an 8-5 victory over the 40th-ranked doubles team in the nation (Stanford's Richard Wire/Blake Muller) during the first round of the NCAA Tournament...Starcevic and Ching combined to outscore their last five opponents by a 40-17 margin.
