Sacramento State started the day by sweeping the doubles matches to claim the point. At the one, senior Peter Farkas and junior Juniad Hossein defeated Thibault Schram and Henrik Lilja, 8-4. At the two, sophomores Warwick Foy and Ramon Perez defeated Jeremy Coll and Jamie Maxwell, 8-5. At the three, junior Thomas Morton and sophomre Joakim Rydberg defeated Brian Grooms and Jonas Jegers, 8-3.

In singles play, NAU won the first four ladder positions to comeback and win the match. At the one, Rydberg dropped a tough three-set match to Schram, 6-3, 1-6, 6-3. At the two, Morton fell to Lilja, 6-0, 6-3. At the three, Foy dropped the deciding match of the day, where he had two chances to win the match in the second set, however, ultimately dropping it and the third set to Coll. The match score was 5-7, 7-5, 6-2. At the four, Farkas also lost his match in three sets, falling to Maxwell, 6-2, 4-6, 6-3. At the five, Perez won his match over Jegers, 6-2, 6-0.. At the six, sophomore Michael Thomsen defeated Grooms, 6-4, 6-3.

Sacramento State returns to action tomorrow at Santa Clara. First serve against the Broncos is set for 2:30 p.m.
