AS A SOPHOMORE (2007)
Started in 18 of the team's 19 games inside the cage for the Hornets, posting a 4-13-2 record with a 1.77 goals against average...posted two shutouts on the season, against UNLV on Oct. 12 and against Air Force on Nov. 4...both shutouts occured at home...collected 74 saves, with a save percentage of .698...posted a season high eight saves against Butler on Sept. 2.
AS A FRESHMAN (2006)
Battled with Andrew Gangnuss for the starting goalkeeper spot throughout the year...finished the season with a 4-5-2 record in 11 starts...started the last four matches of the season, helping Sacramento State end its season on a four-match unbeaten streak...made 58 saves and posted one shutout...his 1.00 goals against average ties for first in single season history...made gigantic stops for Sacramento State in a 1-1 tie with ninth-ranked New Mexico on Oct. 12...also recorded an assist on Ryan Rhoads’ goal in a 3-1 victory over Air Force, sending a deep punt down the field that Rhoads was able to put past the keeper.

A 2005 graduate of Buchanan High School in Fresno, Calif...led the Bears to the CIF Division I championship as a sophomore and return appearance in the title game as a junior...helped lead Buchanan to the Tri-City Athletic Conference title, posting a 0.64 goals against average...was a three-time all-county selection for the Bears and produced a 0.79 goals against average as a senior...also played football for Buchanan...played in between the posts for the Cal North ODP squad for three years, helping the team to the finals of the ODP Region IV Tournament...played for the California Odyssey of the USL Super Y-League with current Hornet Emmanuel Ochoa...led the Odyssey to the Cal North and State Championship in 2004, posting a 0.42 goals against average during the team’s run through the State Cup...also played for the Central California Heat and Clovis United.
