AS A REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2011)
Appeared in five games late in the season after an knee injury kept him out early in the year...took season-high three shots in season-high 60 minutes versus San Jose State in the regular season finale.
AS A JUNIOR (2010)
Redshirted the season.
PRIOR TO SACRAMENTO STATE
Played two seasons at Taft JC…was named first team all-conference and second team all-West Region as a sophomore…scored 11 goals and had five assists that season…was named second team all-conference as a freshman…team advanced to the state title game…became just the second player in school history to record a hat trick when he scored three goals against Cosumnes River JC.
HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Littlerock HS in 2007…was a three-time all-Golden League selection…earned first team all-league, all-valley and all-CIF honors as a junior.
PERSONAL
Mother’s name is Ofelia Nunez…brother, Oscar, played for Sacramento State from 2005-06 and was also the volunteer assistant coach through the 2010 season...major is criminal justice.
