AS A SOPHOMORE (2009)
Appeared in 15 contests off the Hornet bench primarily as a reserve striker...scored the game-winning golden goal in the 97th minute of the Hornets' first round NCAA Tournament victory against Loyola Marymount...took a free kick from Fernando Cabadas and headed it into the back of the net to give Sacramento State its first-ever NCAA Tournament victory in its first tournament appearance...finished the season with two goals and two assists.
PRIOR TO SACRAMENTO STATE
Played at American River JC in Sacramento, Calif. during the 2008 season...was named team MVP and second team all-Big 8...led team to 15-3-5 overall record...part of defense that limited opponents to less than one goal per game...also a threat offensively, as he scored two goals and added three assists.
HIGH SCHOOL
A 2007 graduate of Ponderosa HS in Shingle Springs, Calif...three-year varsity letterwinner for the Bruins...was MVP of the Sierra Valley League as a senior, scoring eight goals and adding seven assists...earned all-conference honors in each of his three seasons, including a pair of first team nods...competed for the San Juan Lightning at the club level, leading his squad to four straight Cal Cup titles.
