AS A FRESHMAN (2008)
Appeared in 10 matches off the Hornet bench in the midfield...scored his first career goal in the 79th minute against Menlo on Sept. 12, blasting a shot from the top of the 18...collected an improbable golden goal on Nov. 9 against UNLV...he entered the contest to start the second overtime, having not been on the field at all during the previous 100 minutes of play...his time to shine came in the 104th minute as Omar Martinez slotted a perfect through ball that was tracked down by Foy, who shot the ball in one motion underneath a sliding UNLV goalie for the game-winning goal.

HIGH SCHOOL
A 2008 graduate of West Campus HS in Sacramento...four-year letterwinner for coach Rogelio Rubio...earned Capital Valley League MVP honors during his final campaign for the Warriors, scoring 31 goals and adding 16 assists...led the league in goals, assists and points (78), while the Warriors reached the semifinals of the Sac-Joaquin Section playoffs...named first team all-Metro by the Sacramento Bee...was a three time all-league selection, scoring 66 goals during his career...played at the club level for the Placer United, and was coached by Sacramento State assistant Jason Gantt.
