AS A SENIOR (2006)
A two-time all-conference selection, Sandoval was named to the MPSF first team after scoring six goals, ending his two-year career scoring a total of 14 goals with four assists...known for his creativity and flair on the field, his highlights this season included scoring the game-tying goal by way of a bicycle kick en route to a 2-1 overtime victory at UNLV... also scored twice in a 3-1 victory over Air Force on Oct. 1,...added another goal in a 1-1 tie at Denver...ended his collegiate career scoring in the final match of the season, a 3-0 victory at San Jose State.

AS A JUNIOR (2005)

Sacramento State’s top newcomer, he led the team in scoring with eight goals and four assists...finished third in the conference in scoring, earning him Mountain Pacific Sports Federation second team honors...season was ended three matches early after suffering a knee injury...registered a highlight-reel goal in just his second match as a Hornet when his bicycle kick found the back of the net in a 2-1 victory over Oregon State on Sept.5...was named co-MPSF Player of the Week after scoring a goal and assisting on another in the Hornets’ 2-0 shutout of Causeway-rival UC Davis on Oct.2...also scored the game winner in the 89th minute in a 2-1 victory at UNLV on Oct. 16...had two consecutive matches where he registered four points...scored one goal and tallied two assists in the Hornets’ 3-0 shutout of Denver on Oct. 21 before netting two goals during a 3-1 victory over Air Force on Oct. 23...after that weekend, he was named co-MPSF Player of the Week and was also named to the College Soccer News Team of the Week...took 32 shots on the season (17 on goal)...and converted two penalty kicks.

PRIOR TO SACRAMENTO STATE
Played two seasons at Moorpark College, scoring 12 goals in 2004 and helping the Raiders to the Western State Conference championship...in his two years at Moorpark, he was named team MVP both his freshman and sophomore seasons...each of the last two years, he was named first team all-Western State Conference...in 2003, he led the team in scoring with 18 goals, ranking him fifth in the state and earning him first-team Far West Region honors...that same season, he was named the Ventura County Star Male Athlete of the Year...teamed with current Hornet Kurtis Lindsey.

HIGH SCHOOL
A 2003 graduate of Littlerock High School in Littlerock, Calif...played three seasons for head coach Eric Stanford...his junior and senior seasons, he was named first team all-Golden League and team MVP...in 2000 as a sophomore, he was named second team all-Golden League...he played seven years of club soccer for the AV Heat under head coach Johnnie Garza...in 2002, he helped his team to the Premier League championship.
