MEN'S SOCCER BANQUET SET FOR FEB. 13

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The Sacramento State men's soccer team is celebrating it's fantastic 2010 season and outstanding senior class with it's 14th annual Men's Soccer Postseason Banquet. The event is open to the public with tickets priced at $30 each.
The Hornets completed another dramatic season, winning their second straight Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Tournament championship and advancing once again to the second round of the NCAA Men's Soccer Championships. Sacramento State once again went undefeated on it's home field, extending their unbeaten streak at Hornet Soccer Field to a remarkable 21 games (16-0-5).
The banquet, which will be held in the Redwood Room at the University Union, will feature dinner, a season recap and highlight video, remarks by Atheltics Director Dr. Terry Wanless and assistant coach Matt McDougall individual, season awards and a look ahead to next season.
