Curry was also a key member of the UC Santa Barbara squad that lost in the national final in 2004 to Indiana in penalty kicks.
Curry was the Sacramento Bee’s 2002 Metro Player of the Year while at Christian Brothers, and was a three-time Sierra Valley League MVP. He returned to the high school ranks, coaching the San Marcos High School varsity girls soccer team, in 2007. Curry has also served as a coach for the California Legends and Santa Barbara Soccer Club at the youth level.
