Oscar Sandoval

Bio:     Former Hornet Oscar Sandoval begins his second season as a volunteer assistant coach. A two-time all-conference selection, Sandoval was named to the MPSF first team in 2006 after scoring six goals, ending his two-year career with 14 goals and four assists. Known for his creativity and flair on the field, his highlights during his senior season included scoring the game-tying goal with a bicycle kick en route to a 2-1 overtime victory at UNLV. He also scored twice in a 3-1 victory over Air Force, and ended his collegiate career scoring in the final match of the season, a 3-0 victory at San Jose State.
    Prior to his time in the Green and Gold, Sandoval attended Moorpark College were he was a two-time all-Western State Conference selection. A native of Littlerock, Calif., Sandoval graduated from Sacramento State in 2007 with a degree in Communications.
