TRACY NICHOLS NAMED BIG SKY GOLFER OF THE WEEK

OGDEN, Utah --- Sacramento State freshman Tracy Nichols was named the Big Sky Conference Golfer of the Week, the conference announced today. A native of Rocklin, Calif., Nichols shots rounds of 75 and 77 at the Santa Clara Colby Classic this past Monday and Tuesday at the Rancho Canada Golf Club in Monterey, Calif.Nichols’ effort helped lead the Hornets to a second-place finish in the 10-team event. Her two-round total of 152 was just eight shots over par. Nichols is the first Women’s Big Sky Golfer of the Week this season. ---30---
