MEN'S GOLF SIGNS JESSE GOLDSTEIN TO NATIONAL LETTER OF INTENT

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The Sacramento State men's golf team signed Jesse Goldstein to a National Letter of Intent, it was announced today by head coach Christopher Hall. Goldstein will enroll as a freshman in the fall of 2014.

A native of El Dorado Hills, Calif., Goldstein is currently a senior at Oak Ridge High School. This past summer, he tied for third place at the Sacramento Country Men's Amateur as well as the Stockton Golf & Country Club Junior Classic. He was also third at the California State Fair Junior and the Turlock Junior Championship.

"We are thrilled to have a local player of Jesse's ability join our program," Hall said. "He has a phenomenal short game and there are very few players that work as hard as he does to improve his game."
