Played in all 30 games, starting in 29 of those contests…only game he didn’t start came on the road at North Dakota…averaged 4.0 points, 3.1 rebounds and 14.9 minutes per game…shot .485 (50-103) from the field, and at least 50 percent from the floor in 14 different games…had a season-best 21 points to go along with nine rebounds in a win over William Jessup…had a season-high 10 rebounds vs. Southern Utah…had nine points and four rebounds on 4-of-9 shooting at UCLA…posted 10 points and four rebounds against UC Santa Cruz.
Took a redshirt, but practiced with the team after transferring from UC Davis.
Prior to Sacramento State
Spent his freshman (2010-11) and sophomore (2011-12) seasons at UC Davis…played in 59 of a possible 61 games during those two seasons with the Aggies…combined to average 2.7 points and 2.0 rebounds in 14.7 minutes per game while shooting 43.8 percent (60-137) from the field…started 19 games during his two seasons, including 14 his sophomore year…posted season averages of 3.3 points, 2.7 rebounds and 16.3 minutes per game as a sophomore…had a career-high 10 points against Cal Poly on Jan. 28, 2012…had six points and a career-best 10 rebounds at Cal State Fullerton on Dec. 29, 2011…also had nine points at Portland in the second game of his career as a freshman.
A 2010 graduate of Thousand Oaks High School in Thousand Oaks, Calif…helped lead the Lancers to a CIF championship and a 30-3 record as a junior in 2009…named the CIF Southern Section Division II-AA Player of the Year in 2009...received first team all-league and all-county honors as a junior...was a first team all-section choice as a senior in 2010...also selected to the 2010 ESPN all-state, all-Ventura County and Daily News all-area postseason teams...named the Marmonte League co-MVP and county co-MVP as a senior...named a scholar-athlete at Thousand Oaks during 2007 and 2008.
A kinesiology major…parents are Andrew and Liz Tiffin…enjoys juggling as a hobby.
