2007-08 Season

One of four players to appear in all 28 games...started the final 24 games of the season...averaged 7.8 points, 1.7 three-pointers and 2.4 rebounds in 26.4 minutes per game...the team’s fourth-leading scorer...shot 35.9 percent (66-184) from the field, 35.9 percent (47-131) from the three-point line and a team-leading 77.6 percent from the free throw line (38-49)...his 47 three-pointers were the third highest mark, and five shy of the team lead...raised his numbers to 8.7 points per game and 37.2 percent (29-78) three-point shooting against Big Sky Conference competition...scored in double figures in seven of his final 11 games after doing so in just two of the first 17 games...notched a career-high 21 points at Weber State, which included 5-of-6 shooting from the floor, 4-of-5 from three-point line and 7-of-8 from the charity stripe...played at least 30 minutes in 11 of the final 14 games...had 16 points at home against both Eastern Washington and Weber State.

2006-07 Season

Appeared in two games (Nov. 12 at New Mexico; Nov. 14 vs. San Francisco) before missing the rest of the season and taking a medical redshirt...had five points, two rebounds, two assists and a steal in 22 minutes at New Mexico.

2005-06 Season

One of six Hornets to appear in all 30 games, including 17 starts...each of those starts came during the final 17 games of the season...averaged 7.3 points, 2.4 rebounds, 1.2 three-pointers, 0.8 steals and 20.3 minutes per game...shot 41.5 percent (83-200) from the field, 33.9 percent (37-109) from beyond the three-point arc and 72.7 percent (16-22) from the free-throw line...his 37 three-pointers were the third-best mark on the team...had nine games with at least 12 points, including a pair of 20-point efforts against Idaho State (1/12) and Montana State (1/19)...however, he also had 14 games with five points or less...averaged 9.9 points over his final eight games of the season, including 12 in the Big Sky Tournament semifinals at Northern Arizona...against Big Sky competition, Woods averaged 9.3 points on .464 (51-110) shooting from the field and .385 shooting (20-52) from beyond the arc.

Prior to Sacramento State
Played two years (2003-04, 2004-05) for Lansing Community College in Michigan...a first team all-state, all-region and all-conference selection both years, including being named Michigan Community College Athletic Association’s (MCCAA) Western Conference MVP as a freshman...a preseason All-American prior to his sophomore season, Woods proceeded to average 20.5 points, 6.4 rebounds and 1.3 steals per game that year while shooting 43.7 percent (59-135) from beyond the three-point line and 74.4 percent (90-121) from the free-throw line...as a freshman, he averaged 20.4 points and 5.4 rebounds per game while leading the Lancers to a conference championship...scored 36 points against Mott JC, ranked as the No. 1 junior college team in the country at the time.

High School
A 2003 graduate of Lansing Eastern High School...a three-year varsity starter for the Quakers, Woods was a first team all-state and all-conference selection as a senior after averaging 21.0 points, 9.9 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game...that same season, he was named one of the top 50 high school players in the state...also received all-conference and honorable mention all-state honors as a junior.

Born Sept. 19, 1985...parents are Larry and Kimberley Woods...a communication studies major.
