2010-11 Season
Appeared in 27 games, including nine starts…started all nine of those games during the final 12 games of the season…finished with averages of 4.6 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game while shooting 37.9 percent (39-103) from the field…scored in double figures three times, including a season-best 16 points in a home win over Idaho State…during the final 12 games of the year, he averaged 6.1 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game…played at least 22 minutes in 11 of the final 12 games of the year…shot 76.5 percent (26-34) from the free throw line, the second best mark on the team…had at least four rebounds in seven straight games (Jan. 22-Feb. 19).

Prior to Sacramento State
Played his sophomore season (2009-10) at Sauk Valley Community College in Dixon, Ill., and his freshman year (2008-09) at Highland Community College in Freeport, Ill…was a teammate of Hornet forward Duro Bjegovic while playing at Highland…at Sauk Valley, he was a first team all-Arrowhead Conference selection and the league’s leading scorer after averaging 16.1 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.3 steals per game…went to the free throw line 161 times (5.8 attempts per game), and converted on 70.1 percent of those opportunities (113 makes)…also shot 43.4 percent (145-334) from the field and knocked down 47 three-pointers…scored in double figures in 25 of 28 games, including a performance against Kishwaukee College where he had 28 points, six rebounds and four assists…at Highland during his freshman year, Hoffman was part of a team that went 31-6 overall, placed seventh at the NJCAA Men’s Div. I National Basketball Tournament and won the District IV, Region IV and Arrowhead Conference championships…that season, he averaged 6.0 points, 2.4 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 0.6 steals per game.

High School
A 2008 graduate of Winnebago High School in Winnebago, Ill…was a three-year varsity starter, two-time all-state selection, and three-time first team all-Big Northern Conference choice…a unanimous first team selection during both his junior and senior seasons, he helped Winnebago to three straight regional championships (2005-08) and a 2006 sectional title…during his senior year, he averaged 20.1 points, 8.6 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 2.1 steals per game for a team that finished with a 25-3 record…as a junior, Hoffman posted averages of 21.6 points, 8.9 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game.

Personal
Born Sept. 13, 1989…parents are Bill Hoffman and Dana Servatius…a communication studies major…played one season for former Chicago Bull Dickey Simpkins and the Next Level Performance AAU team.
