2008-09 Season
Appeared in the team’s first 18 games of the season (starting six times), but was ineligible the final 11 games of the year...averaged 4.6 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.1 blocks in 14.1 minutes per game...scored a season-high 10 points on the road against both Fresno State and Washington State...shot 58.7 percent (37-63) from the field, which was the best mark on the team...shot at least 50.0 percent from the field in 13 of the 18 games he appeared.

Junior College
Played two years at San Joaquin Delta College for Brian Katz (2006-08)...named the team’s most improved player as a sophomore after averaging 3.1 points and 1.4 rebounds per game while shooting 56.4 percent (22-39) from the field...during his two years at Delta, he combined to shoot 65.7 percent (44-67) from the floor...also during his two years at Delta, the team combined to go 49-17 overall and 20-6 in the Big 8 Conference

High School
A 2005 graduate of Tracy High School in Tracy, Calif...played four years of basketball at both the forward and center positions....during his senior season, he averaged 9.6 points, 7.6 rebounds and 3.1 blocked shots per game...his 85 blocks that season led the state...also shot 47.7 percent (104-218) from the field...an honorable mention all-San Joaquin Athletic Association selection during each of his final three seasons.
