After a strong freshman season, White hopes to return to action for the first time in nearly two years…has played in just one game since the conclusion of the 2003 campaign…a speedy receiver, he has also run track for Sacramento State.
2005 Season: Did not compete with the team due to injury.
2004 Season: Took a medical redshirt…earned the start at wide receiver against Nevada but fractured a bone in his wrist early in the game.
2003 Season: Competed in nine games during his first collegiate season…concluded the season ranked fifth on the team in both receptions and receiving yards…grabbed 14 passes for 122 yards…averaged 8.7 yards per catch and 13.6 yards per game…caught a touchdown in the season finale at Weber State…that pass was thrown by fellow receiver Kenan Smith who was serving as the emergency quarterback…caught seven passes for 67 yards against Saint Mary’s…also had three catches for 42 yards at Weber State…during the spring, he competed for the Sacramento State track team as a sprinter…top times were 10.97 in the 100 and 22.29 in the 200.
High School: Graduated from Granite Bay High School in 2003...named second team all-city by the Sacramento Bee and first team all-Sierra Foothill League as a senior...that year, he grabbed 46 receptions for 877 yards and nine touchdowns...helped guide the Grizzlies to an 11-2 overall record and a berth in the Sac-Joaquin Section Div. II title game...his yardage total ranked second among Sac-Joaquin Section Div. II players, while his receiving touchdowns were third...biggest game came against Del Oro where he had 231 yards on nine catches (25.7 yards per catch).
