Scheduled to battle for a starting job at outside linebacker in the fall…will wear number 18 this season after donning 56 the past two years.

2006 Season: Played in 11 games at linebacker and on special teams…his lone tackle of the season came at Northern Arizona.

2005 Season: Played in seven games on special teams and as a backup linebacker…tallied two tackles during his freshman season…had a solo stop at Cal Poly and an assisted tackle against Idaho State.

High School: A 2004 graduate of Salesian High School in Los Angeles…played three years of football and ran four years of track for the Mustangs…named first team all-section, Santa Fe League MVP and scholar-athlete of the year as a senior…as a senior, he tallied 162 tackles, forced eight fumbles and intercepted three passes…best game came against Kern Valley where he had 31 tackles (19 solo, 12 assists), an interception, two forced fumbles and a pass breakup.
