Currently in his fourth season, Davis will contend for a starting job on the corner…is very athletic and has the skills to cover one-on-one.
2006 Season: Appeared in seven of the first nine games before a shoulder injury forced him out of the lineup for the final three games…10 of his 13 total tackles were solo stops…had a career high seven total tackles, including four solos, in the victory over Northern Colorado…also recorded a tackle-for-loss against the Bears…had three tackles in the win at Eastern Washington.
2005 Season: Missed the first four games of the season due to eye surgery but returned to play in the final seven contests…ended the year with 13 total tackles (four solo)…had a career-high five stops against Azusa Pacific (two solo)…followed that effort with three tackles at Weber State…also had two tackles against Eastern Washington and Montana, and one at Montana State…returned one kickoff for 22 yards at Montana State.
2004 Season: Sat out the season as a redshirt.
High School: A 2004 graduate of Long Beach Poly High School…recorded 16 tackles as a senior…in his best game, he had five tackles, two forced fumbles and three pass breakups against St. Paul HS…against Mayfair HS he had five solo tackles and one assisted tackle…helped lead Poly to an 11-3 overall record and a Moore League title as a senior…graduated from the same high school as teammates Mason Mitchell and Anthony Torrell Baker.
Personal: Born 1-1-87…a digital media major…would like to work in the recording industry…also recruited by Weber State and Utah State…mother is Jean Richburg.
