Arguably has the most physical skills among the team’s receivers…the tallest receiver on the team…will contend for a starting job in the fall.

2005 Season: Started the first six games of the season at receiver and appeared in 10…ended the season with six receptions for 77 yards and two touchdowns…led all receivers on the team, who had more than one reception, with a 12.8 yards per catch average…had three grabs for 56 yards and a score at Cal Poly…also had a 3-yard touchdown against UC Davis.

2004 Season: Ranked third on the team with 18 receptions and fourth with 149 receiving yards during his first season…appeared in 10 games during the year, earning the start at Northern Arizona…caught at least one pass in eight games…had five receptions for 43 yards at NAU…that total included a 31-yard reception…scored his first collegiate touchdown on a 7-yard catch at Montana…caught four passes for 35 yards in the win over Southern Utah…added three receptions for 34 yards at UC Davis…averaged 8.3 yards per reception…also had one tackle and was credited with a forced fumble.

High School: A 2004 graduate of Dorsey High School in Los Angeles…ranked second on the team and third in the Coliseum League with 331 receiving yards as a senior…caught a total of 20 passes for an average of 16.6 yards per catch…also saw time at quarterback where he completed 11 passes for 213 yards and a touchdown…helped lead the team to a 12-1 overall record and a Coliseum League title…only loss of the season came against Carson HS, 19-18, in the Los Angeles City Championship game.

Personal: Born 8-11-86…a sociology major…also recruited by New Mexico State…mother is Judie Phillips.
