Prior to Sacramento State: Competed at Shasta College in track & field and football for two years…threw 177-03 in the hammer at the NorCal finals for his career best…top shot put was 53-06 in 2011…redshirted in 2009.

High School: Graduated from Red Bluff HS in 2008…was a three-sport athlete, competing in track, wrestling and football…best mark in the shot put was 52-feet.

Personal: Majoring in family and consumer science…is a competitive Olympic weight lifter…parents are George Sammadan and Dawn Ching.
