Prior to Sacramento State: Played two seasons at LA Southwest JC…was named Junior College All-America in 2011…led the state of California with 2,227 all-purpose yards, was third in scoring (11.0 points per game) and ranked fourth in rushing (126.8 yards per game)…finished the season with 1,268 rushing yards and 16 touchdowns…also caught 51 passes for 422 yards and two touchdowns…averaged 23.65 yards per kick return and had one TD…biggest rushing game came against Glendale JC where he amassed 222 yards…had 80-yard runs in two games.

High School: Graduated from Carson HS in 2009…earned first team all-city and all-Marine League honors…as a senior, he rushed for 701 yards and had 147 receiving yards…scored nine touchdowns…biggest game came against Mater Dei where he had 145 rushing yards and three touchdowns in a game televised on ESPN…was a high school teammate of fellow recruit Austin Dotson at Carson HS.
