2010 Season: Appeared in all 11 games as a reserve defensive tackle…finished the season with seven total tackles, including three solos…had two stops at Montana and against Montana State for his season high…also combined for a tackle-for-loss at Montana.
2009 Season: Played in nine games on the interior of the defensive line as a true freshman…finished the year with five tackles, including a pair of solos…had two stops at Cal Poly for his season high…his first career tackle was for a 6-yard loss at UNLV…was also credited with a QB hurry against Northern Arizona.
High School: Graduated from nearby Grant HS in 2009…was a captain of the Pacer team which won the state title in 2008 and posted a 14-0 overall record…named second team all-state for Div. I, was first team all-metro by the Sacramento Bee as an offensive lineman and was the Metro Conference Lineman of the Year…defensively, he recorded 55 total tackles as a senior, including four sacks…best game came against Burbank where he had 10 tackles…recorded at least one stop in all 14 games…team also won the Sac-Joaquin Section Div. I title during his final two years…was recognized as a scholar-athlete by the National Football Foundation.
