Prior to Sacramento State: Played two seasons at Sierra JC in Rocklin, Calif…was named all-Valley Conference and first team all-state region II as a freshman…had 54 receptions for 858 yards and 10 touchdowns that season…played the first seven games in 2009 before being sidelined by a foot injury…had 49 catches for 708 yards and eight touchdowns in that span…best game came against CCSF where he had 10 receptions for 167 yards and a score.
High School: Graduated from Colfax HS in 2007…competed in four years of football and track for the Falcons…earned first team all-Pioneer Valley League honors in football as a junior and senior…was also named all-Sac-Joaquin Section as a senior after catching 69 passes for 1,208 yards and 12 touchdowns…team posted a 12-1 overall record and lost in the Sac-Joaquin Section Div. IV title game…was a section finalist in the 200 in track with a best of 22.8 seconds.
