High School: A 2010 graduate of South HS in Bakersfield, Calif...was named first team all-area by the Bakersfield Californian and first team all-Southwest Yosemite League as an offensive lineman in 2009...also earned all-league and all-area honors in 2009...as a senior, he allowed only one sack during the season and averaged 3.3 pancake blocks a game...also wrestled for the Rebels and was the SYL heavyweight champion with a 15-2 record.
