2009 Season: Named second team All-America by The Sports Network and was a second team all-Big Sky selection as a defensive tackle…led all defensive linemen on the team with 44 total stops…had at least two tackles in all 11 games…tallied a career-high tying eight tackles in the team’s win over Northern Arizona…led the Hornets with 15.5 tackles-for-loss…had four TFLs against NAU, three at Portland State and two against Idaho State and Montana State…also led the team with 10.0 sacks, which tied him for sixth in Sacramento State single-season history…had four sacks for a combined 30-yard loss against NAU and three for 18 yards at Portland State.
2008 Season: Named honorable mention all-Big Sky…finished the season with 42 total tackles, including 9.0 for loss…ranked second on the team in tackles-for-loss…also had five sacks for a combined loss of 39 yards…led the team with three blocked kicks on special teams…had at least one tackle in all 12 games…started every game during the year…recorded a career high eight stops at Northern Arizona…had six tackles, including 2.5 TFL and two sacks against Southern Oregon…was named Big Sky Defensive Player of the Week following that effort…had five tackles against both Humboldt State and Montana.
2007 Season: Appeared in nine games during his first active season with the team…started four games at defensive tackle…finished the year with seven tackles…tallied a season high three stops at Weber State…recorded his first collegiate sack against Montana…was also credited with one pass breakup.
2006 Season: Sat out the year as a redshirt.
High School: Graduated from Palisades Charter HS in 2006…played on both the offensive and defensive lines for the Dolphins…appeared in nine games as a junior and ended the year with 19 tackles as a defensive tackle…best game came against Los Angeles HS where he had five stops…as a senior, he shifted to defensive end…recorded 54 tackles in 10 games…had at least two tackles in every game…top showing came against St. Monica where he had 11…added 10 tackles, including three sacks, against South Gate…had seven sacks on the year…was the center on the offensive line.
