Prior to Sacramento State: Played two seasons at Mendocino JC in Ukiah, Calif…earned honorable mention all-Mid-Empire Conference honors as a freshman…helped the Eagles win the Bay Valley League tile that season…as a sophomore, he tallied 38 total tackles, including 31 solo stops…also had one tackle-for-loss, three interceptions and seven pass breakups…recorded a pair of interceptions against Hartnell in 2008 and Marin in 2007.

High School: A 2006 graduate of Heritage HS in Vancouver, Wash…earned all-Greater St. Helen’s League honors as a defensive back…also earned the team’s most inspirational award…tallied 50 tackles and had five interceptions.
