High School: Graduated from Jesuit HS in 2007…was an honorable mention all-metro selection by the Sacramento Bee and for the Sac-Joaquin Section…earned first team all-Delta River League honors as a quarterback…threw for 1,953 yards as a senior and completed 59.7 percent of his passes…had 19 touchdowns with just one interception…rushed for 121 yards and a score…biggest yardage output came against Bellarmine Prep where he threw for 258 yards and a season high three touchdowns…had at least one passing touchdown in all 11 games…team finished the year 8-3 and advanced to the Sac-Joaquin Section Div. I playoffs…as a junior, he passed for 1,383 yards and 12 touchdowns…completed 61.4 percent of his passes…passed for 257 yards and two scores against Napa for his season high…also played basketball for the Marauders.
