2008 Season: Sat out the season as a redshirt.

High School: A 2008 graduate of Long Beach Poly HS…earned first team all-Moore League honors as a senior…finished the year with 65 total tackles, including 49 solos…also had four interceptions and recovered a fumble…Poly went 13-1 during his senior season and won the Southern Section Pac-5 Division title…had at least two tackles in all 14 games…made a season-high nine tackles in a win over Wilson…also had eight stops against Cabrillo and Compton…three of his four interceptions came in the final five games of the year…picked off a pass in the team’s 2-0 win over Lutheran in the section semifinals…also returned kickoffs and punts during the year.

Personal: Born 2-26-90…a criminal justice major…father is Jeffrey Johnson.
