FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME TO HOLD INDUCTIONS ON SATURDAY

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — For the first time in three years, the Sacramento State Football and Spirit chapter of the Alumni Association will induct 11 members to the school Football Hall of Fame. The sold out event will take place at the Alumni Center on Saturday, May 24.
The list of inductees spans all eras of Hornet football. Dave Hall and Bobbie Jackson both played for Ray Clemons, Marlan Meggers, Gary Lunsford and Ron Harrison competed for Bob Mattos and Jon Osterhout, Lonie Paxton, Ryland Wickman and Charles Roberts were under the tutelage of John Volek. Longtime supporter Wally Borland will also be receive the Community Award.
The class will raise the total of inductees to 79 in the Football Hall of Fame.
