TODAY'S BASEBALL GAME AGAINST SAN FRANCISCO HAS BEEN CANCELLED

2/23/2010

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The Sacramento State baseball team's scheduled game Tuesday against San Francisco has been cancelled because of impending rain. There will be no makeup date for the game because of a scheduling conflict. The Sacramento area is forecast to receive rain later today and into the evening. The game was supposed to be played at 2 p.m.

The Hornets will return to action this weekend (Feb. 26-28) when they travel to Peoria, Ariz., for three-day, four-game tournament. Sacramento State will play both Kansas and Gonzaga twice during the tourney.
