HIGH SCHOOL
Played baseball at three seasons for head coach Dane Ilertsen at Troy HS...earned first team all-CIF recognition following his junior season in 2011...named first team all-Freeway League as a junioir and senior...went 6-2 as a senior with a 2.39 ERA plus 67 strikeouts and 13 walks in 63 innings...posted a 9-2 record as a starter as a junior with a 2.29 ERA, 76 strikeouts and just 13 walks...also played for the OC Waves of the Orange County Collegiate League, where he was named an all-star in 2012.
