AS A JUNIOR (2012)

The first player in program history to earn all-region honors and first to be selected conference MVP after batting .427 in WAC play and leading the league with 32 hits, 18 RBIs and a .627 slugging percentage in 18 league games......also a first team all-conference honoree...was second in the WAC with seven doubles in conference contests...overall on the season, hit .336 with 36 runs, 16 doubles, two triples, three home runs and 31 RBIs...his .468 slugging percentage was the second highest on the team among regular starters while his .397 on-base percentage was third best...appeared in 58 games and tied for the team-lead with 57 starts...played mostly at second base, where he made 47 starts...batted in every spot in the lineup except fourth...had at least one hit in 19 of the 21 games...improved his batting average from .279 to .336 in that span...went 4-for-5 with a run, three RBIs, a double and a triple against Hawai'i on May 12...had 22 multi-hit games and seven multi-RBI games...had the third longest hitting streak (11) and fourth longest on-base streak (13) on the team.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2011)
• Academic all-WAC
Hit .249 in 56 games and 55 starts...made 28 starts in right field, 24 at second and three in center...tallied 25 runs, 13 doubles, two home runs and 21 RBIs in 201 at-bats...recorded a .317 on-base percentage...fourth on the team with 12 multi-hit games and sixth with four multi-RBI games...best game of the season came on March 18 at Cal State Northridge where he went 4-for-4 with two runs, two RBIs and a walk, a double and a home run...had back-to-back two hit games at New Mexico to open the series.
AS A FRESHMAN (2010)
Played in 45 games while making 38 starts, primarily at second base and third base...hit .274 with 26 runs and 24 RBIs...had 40 hits in 146 at-bats...had one home run, one triple and eight doubles...struck out 29 times while taking 13 walks...had at least one RBI and 11 total in a six game stretch against San Francisco State, San Francisco, Pacific and three games of a a four-game stand against Hawai’i (April 6-17)...lone home run and triple on the season came in that span...season-best four RBIs against Hawai’i on April 16...season-high three hits in four games.
HIGH SCHOOL
A 2009 graduate of St. Bernard’s HS in Eureka, Calif...was a four-year letterwinner for coach Dale Del Grande and the Crusaders...co-MVP of the Humboldt Del Norte League as a senior and MVP as a junior...led his team to three straight CIF North Coast Section titles...pitched a complete game three-hitter in the section title game over Tomales High in 2009...earned all-HDNL honors all four years...also a four year letterwinner in basketball and a three year letterwinner in football.
