AS A JUNIOR (2012)
Made 24 relief appearances, the third most on the team...posted a 4.66 ERA in 36.2 innings with 26 strikeouts and 16 walks...did not allow an earned run in 14 appearances, including seven straight from April 11 versus UC Davis to May 5 at Fresno State...allowed just four earned runs over 19.1 innings in his last 12 appearances of the season for a 1.88 ERA...lowered season ERA from 7.79 to 4.66 in that two month stretch.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2011)
Made a team-high 21 appearances with 50 innings pitched, the most of any reliever on the squad...posted a 5.76 ERA and a 2-2 record...allowed 34 runs (32 earned) on 59 hits with 29 strikeouts and 19 walks...was dominant in the middle of the season as he allowed just three earned runs over 16.1 innings in seven games from March 27 against Utah Valley to April 25 against Saint Mary’s...pitched season-high four innings on four occassions.

AS A FRESHMAN (2010)
Made 13 appearances as a freshman, including three starts...recorded a 5.86 ERA while pitching 27.2 innings...struck out 14 while walking 12 batters...allowed four doubles and seven home runs...best outing of the season was his first career start where he went eight scoreless innings against UC Santa Barbara on April 3, allowing just one hit while striking out five as part of a combined shutout.

HIGH SCHOOL
A 2009 graduate of Rosemont HS in Sacramento...three-year letterwinner in baseball for coach Paul Martinez and the Wolverines...was 8-1 as a senior posting a 0.38 ERA...earned first team all-metro honors from The Sacramento Bee...was named MVP of the Metro Conference in 2009...was also a three year letterwinner in soccer.
