Played baseball for four seasons under head coach Jeff Cox at River City HS...a four-time all-Sierra Valley Conference selection, three-time all-city pick and was named the SVC co-MVP as a senior in 2011...helped the Raiders to a Sierra Valley Conference championship in 2011...as a senior, he hit .455 with five home runs and 15 stolen bases...also played football in high school.
