AS A FRESHMAN (2011)
Made 10 appearances and four starts in his rookie season...posted a 10.89 ERA with 25 runs in 20.2 innings pitched with 14 strikeouts and 17 walks...best success came as a reliever early in the season...allowed just one hit and no runs in three innings with three strikeouts and one walk on March 2 at Pacific and followed that outing by giving up just one run on one hit in 2.1 innings with two strikeouts and two walks on March 17 against Minnesota.
HIGH SCHOOL
Played both third base and pitcher for head coach Mike Cody at Franklin HS...named first-team All-Delta Valley League in 2008 and 2010...threw a no-hitter vs. Davis HS in 2010...hit .360 with four home runs, three triples and seven doubles in his senior season...named all-city and all-metro following his senior season.
