AS A JUNIOR (2011)
Hit .221 in 40 games and 34 starts, all at center field...a fantastic defensive fielder with great range, made 124 putouts compared to just three errors...tallied 12 runs, five doubles and five RBIs in 122 at-bats with a .312 on-base percentage.
PRIOR TO SACRAMENTO STATE
Played two seasons of baseball at Modesto CC for head coach Chris Rodriguez...played center field for the Pirates...A Big 8 honorable mention selected in 2009 and a Big 8 second-team choice in 2010...posted a .345 batting average with 26 RBIs, 28 runs and 12 stolen bases in his freshman season...went 5-for-6 with a double, home run, three RBIs and three runs in a game against Fresno City College.
HIGH SCHOOL
Played four years of varsity baseball at Turlock Christian HS for head coaches Mike Stucker and Brandon Hall...two-time all-conference MVP (MVL in 2006 and SAL in 2007)...named all-district by the Modesto Bee all four years of high school...named Turlock Christian Student-Athlete of the Year in 2006, 2007 and 2008...also played football, soccer and basketball.
