PRIOR TO SACRAMENTO STATE
Spent two seasons at San Joaquin Delta JC in Stockton, Calif. under coach Reed Peters...hit .361 with 10 home runs and 37 RBI as a sophomore in 2009...collected 28 extra base hits and a slugging percentage of .665...earned Northern California All-America honors from the California Community College Athletic Association and first team all-Big 8 conference honors...hit .288 as a freshman with three home runs and 25 RBI.

HIGH SCHOOL
A 2007 graduate of Lincoln HS in Stockton, Calif...four year letterwinner in both baseball and football for the Trojans...two-time first team all-area selection by The Record in both sports as a junior and a senior...also earned first team all-San Joaquin Athletic Association honors in his final two seasons at Lincoln...hit .355 with eight home runs and 24 RBI as a senior.
