A 2009 graduate of South Salem HS in Salem, Ore...four year letterwinner for coach Josh Kerr...earned first team all-state honors as a senior after hitting .462 with 17 extra base hits...was named the Central Valley Conference MVP and the Statesman Journal Player of the Year...hit .404 as a junior with 14 doubles and 27 RBI... earned first team all-league and third team all state...also a three year standout in football and basketball for the Saxons...earned first team all-league honors in football as a wide receiver in 2008.
