PRIOR TO SACRAMENTO STATE
Played one year apiece at New Mexico State (2008) and College of the Canyons (2009)...was named to the Southern California All-America team by the California Community College Athletic Association at CoC as a sophomore...hit .388 with eight home runs and 52 RBI...boasted a .647 slugging percentage while posted 14 doubles and three triples...was named MVP of the Western State Conference South Division...hit .229 as a freshman at New Mexico State with three doubles and eight RBI in 17 games.
HIGH SCHOOL
A 2007 graduate of Palmdale HS in Palmdale, Calif...a four year letterwinner for coach Craig Mesler and the Falcons...earned first team all-Golden League honors in each of his final three seasons...was named league MVP in 2007 after hitting .471 with five home runs and 34 RBI...first team all-state selection in 2006, hitting .656 with four home runs and 54 RBI.
