PRIOR TO SACRAMENTO STATE
Played one year of baseball for head coach Bob Freschi at Napa Valley JC...the Storm’s starting third baseman, he broke the program’s single-season batting average from 1987, hitting .444...that mark also topped the Bay Valley Conference...set the program’s single-season record with 71 hits...named all-Northern California and first team all-BVC...led the team with a .511 on-base percentage and .550 slugging percentage...added 38 runs, 23 RBIs, nine doubles, four triples, 15 walks and 13 stolen bases.
HIGH SCHOOL
A 2003 graduate of Vintage HS in Napa, Calif...for four seasons was a pitcher and shortstop for head coach Rich Anderson...as a senior, was named all-Monticello Empire League, scoring over 30 runs and batting leadoff...also played three years of basketball and one year of football for the Crashers.

Born Sept. 18, 1984...parents are Thomas and Ines Donnelly...major is criminal justice...after graduation would like to fly helicopters for the California Highway Patrol...his cousin, Juan Lopez, plays rugby in Argentina.
