HIGH SCHOOL
A 2005 graduate of Chaparral HS in Temecula, Calif...played four years of baseball as an outfielder, first baseman and third baseman for head coach Dave Barett...in 2002 and 2003, received the most hustle award...in 2004, was named team MVP and in 2005 was named all-CIF...his junior season, he hit .463 with 30 RBIs, 15 doubles, six home runs and five triples...lists one of his greatest performances as hitting a walkoff three-run homer against La Sierra HS...finished that game with five RBIs...played five years for the ABD Baseball club in San Diego, Calif., under head coach Mike Spears...helped his team win the San Diego Classic when he went 2-for-3 with two RBIs in the final game...lists his greatest performance as going 4-for-4 with six RBIs, two home runs, a double and single in one game...was teammates with fellow Hornets Trevor York and Josh White.
