AS A FRESHMAN (2009)
Started 33 contests, appearing in 39 total for the Hornets as a freshman...hit .237 with a home run and 14 RBI...connected on first career home run against Utah Valley on April 11...went 3-for-4 with three RBI against Menlo on March 28...went 2-for-4 with a triple against Saint Mary's on March 10...collected seven doubles on the season.

HIGH SCHOOL
A 2008 graduate of Yuba City HS in Yuba City, Calif...four-year letterwinner for the Honkers and coach Jim Stassi...named first team all-area by the Appeal-Democrat in 2007 and 2008...earned first team all Tri-County Conference honors after leading his squad to a 28-3 mark and TCC and Sac-Joaquin Section Titles...also named conference Defensive Player of the Year...hit .326 with three home runs and 19 RBI...hit .340 as a junior, leading the Honkers to a 30-1 mark along with TCC and section titles.

Born February 11, 1990...parents are Jamie and Cindy Crouch...earned Sealbearer lifetime membership status with the California Scholarship Federation, which is a state-wide organization that honors outstanding high school students...plans to major in kinesiology with a goal of becoming an athletic trainer following his baseball career.
