Named to Preseason Wallace Watch List for the 2008 Season.

2007 (JUNIOR)
Was second on the team in batting average, posting a .316 mark in his first season in the Green and Gold…was third on the team in hits (65), while leading the team in triples (5)…stole 18 bases in 22 attempts, leading the team in both categories…saw action in all but one contest for the Hornets, patrolling the outfield while posting a fielding percentage of .976…posted six multi-RBI games during the season, and three multi-stolen base games…was 3-for-4 at the dish in his first game as a Hornet at LMU (2/2)…finished the season with a 3-for-5 performance against Hawai’i at the WAC Tournament (5/25).

PRIOR TO SACRAMENTO STATE
A third baseman and outfielder, he played two seasons (2005-06) at College of the Sequoias for head coach Jody Allen in Visalia, Calif...named to the 2006 Central Valley all-conference first team after guiding the Giants to a 31-15 record...he finished second on the team with a .355 average, adding 39 RBIs, 61 hits, 44 runs, 11 doubles, four triples, seven home runs, 25 walks and 14 stolen bases...was named “Giant of the Year” in 2006 after leading the team to a 20-8 league record, and a playoff appearance with a team-best .587 slugging percentage...he hit the game-winning home run in the 8th inning in a game against Fresno City...in a 5-2 victory over Taft College, he recorded two triples and two RBIs in the game.

HIGH SCHOOL
A 2004 graduate of Golden West HS in Visalia, Calif...played two years of baseball for head coach Tom Buckley...as a senior, he earned first team all-WYL honors and first team all-county accolades, while also taking home the Offensive Player of the Year award...was also a scholar athlete in 2003 and 2004...as a senior, led the Blazers to the Valley championship with an undefeated 12-0 league record...in the championship game, finished 2-for-3 with the game-winning walk-off double in the bottom of the seventh, driving in two runs with two outs to win the game.
