Saturday''s scheduled baseball game between Sacramento State and San Jose State has been cancelled due to inclement weather that hit the Sacaramento area.Today''s game was supposed to mark the first of a three-game series between the two teams. The first game of the series was scheduled to begin on Friday in San Jose, but was postponed to Sunday due to rain. Sacramento State and San Jose State will now play a doubleheader on Sunday, May 4, at Hornet Field at 11 a.m. to make up for Friday''s lost game. Today''s game will not be rescheduled.
Sacramento State (28-20) currently has its best record through 48 games since the 1993 squad was 29-19.
