SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Sacramento State student-athletes in six fall sports have combined to receive 45 academic all-conference honors. The Hornets earned 37 Big Sky all-Academic awards in football, volleyball, women's soccer, and men's and women's cross country while the men's soccer team had eight players named Big West all-Academic, the most of any team in the conference.

The Hornet football team had 13 Big Sky all-Academic honorees while women's soccer had 10. The Volleyball team had seven players honored, tied for the most in the last eight years, while women's cross country had five and men's cross country received two. Men's Soccer had its most Big West all-Academic selections since joining the conference and had more honorees than any of the other seven soccer programs in the conference.
